Whiner

I was just looking over my recent posts and realized that they are mostly whining in nature. Let me explain...I have good days and bad days here. I don't want anyone to get the impression that I am wholly unhappy. I actually love it here! I love the island, I love that I am in medschool and finally pursuing my dream. I love what I am learning and find it extremely interesting and I am generally pleased with my circumstances. The whining and complaining comes from the stress of learning everything so quickly and then being tested on it. Like I said, there are good days and bad days. For example, yesterday was a good day. The weather was nice, I was upbeat and enthusiastic, difficult concepts seemed to be finally coming together for me, I was letting myself have some free time without feeling completely guilty about it, and I studied outside in my favorite spot (see pictures). Today, unfortunately, is looking to be one of the bad days. I woke up late, I'm out of toilet paper, and my anatomy practical exam is tomorrow. I think I'll go study in my favorite spot under the tree and try to make this a good day! Wish me luck!
